Occupational Therapy and Early Intervention

Occupational Therapy assists clients to function independently throughout the life cycle.

The Lyric video that follows offers a fun glimpse into the role of the OT in early intervention.

If you would like another look at early intervention, the next video is presented by an OT at a clinic in the US. She provides a little more insight into the role of OT with early intervention, i.e. babies and young children from 0-3 years

I hope the two video's provide some insight into occupational therapy with these ages. If you have any questions, please do post below. There is obviously more to our profession and I'd be happy to share more information or other videos to help you to understand the role of occupational therapy in general and in this case in early intervention in particular.

Have a very blessed day
