Poor head and neck cotrol, diffiulty rolling and inability to crawl are some reasons why a baby might be referred to a Paediatric Occupational Therapist. The best way to assist your baby is with early intervention.

In the video that follows, 5 tips are provided to improve your baby's tummy time. Tummy time is essential to ensure healthy and normal development. Don't wait until your baby is 8 months old or more and cries when you put her on her tummy. Don't wait until your baby is 11 months old and unable to either crawl or enjoy even 2 minutes on her tummy. Learn these few skills and help your baby to get used to the idea of tummy time from new born.

If your baby struggles with any of the activities demonstrated in the video below, ask your Paediatrician to evaluate and request a referral to an experienced and authentic occupational therapist
