Two videos to Share about Occupational Therapy

It's been a while since I shared a video about occupational therapy. While I'm busily editing one book and researching to write another, I have not had much time for blogging. For those who used to visit this blog, I do apologize. I hope to be better at blogging. However, having just relocated back to Jerusalem there has also been much to organize and arrange which has also taken away from time to share about occupational therapy.

So, very quickly I selected two videos to highlight two very different aspects of occupational therapy. The first is a fun video with clips of the profession, the next shows a day in the life of an OT student. Keep in mind that the OT programs at different universities around the world are not all identical, hence the day may vary for OT students in different countries. However, I do hope you will gain a little insight.

I hope you enjoyed the above video, do watch the short one about the OT students.

I think its quite cute the way the students talk of their friends as being both professional and personal friends. The students are of course, still studying the profession. OT does certainly have the potential to enable one to make lasting friends. An important fact to keep in mind for those who are social people and perhaps in need of making friends e.g. when moving to study in a city or country away from ones family or away from high school friends.
I do hope you enjoy the different angles about the profession.Do you have questions about what occupational therapy is? Do you have a request for a blog post on a topic related to occupational therapy?

Do be in touch, would love to hear from you

Have a very blessed day and thank you for stopping by to read this blog
