Being Active at 90

Every day that passes we age a little more. If you follow a healthy balanced lifestyle that promotes health and well being, your chances of a longer, fulfilling life are stronger. Part of  a lifestyle that promotes health is one that includes adequate exercise 2-3 times a week. The most effective form of exercise is one that you enjoy.

The video that follows shows what is possible. Watch this wonderful 90 year old as she enjoys some twists and turns on the dance floor.


Many erroneously believe that when one reaches retirement age of 60 or 65 years that your years of activity have come to an end. What do you do to maintain your endurance, agility and zest for life? This woman is an inspiration and certainly shows that being active is possible beyond 60 and all the way up to 90 years of age.
